Emma LaVelle

 I’m Emma LaVelle, a proud Adrian College graduate currently pursuing my MBA at the same institution. My professional journey took a transformative turn in December 2022 when I joined Young Entrepreneurs Across America (YEAA). The family-like culture of YEAA immediately resonated with me, and I knew I had found a community of like-minded, driven individuals.

During my first year with YEAA, I set a new standard for success by generating $80,000 in revenue and establishing a new Student-Athlete record for Rookie Managers. Building on this success, I returned for my second year, stepping into the role of Field Advisor and Digital Marketer. In this capacity, I not only led my branch to a remarkable $120,000 in revenue marking a 50% increase from the previous year and setting a new second-year record for athletes but also played a crucial role in guiding and supporting other managers. This experience has been pivotal in reshaping my perspective on success, expanding my professional network nationwide, and allowing me to take full ownership of my business operations.

YEAA’s hands-on approach has enabled me to cultivate valuable relationships, refine my leadership skills, and further fuel my passion for business and entrepreneurship.
